** All monitored systems installed fully comply with current British and European Standards BS4737, BS6799 (Wireless Systems) and BSEN 50131, and meet the requirements of most British insurers. For a police calling system there is a one off police admin charge of £45 for your URN and, subject to police false alarm policy, will normally qualify for police response.

Terms and Conditions

  Upon order a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, order equipment and schedule a provisional installation date.

The deposit is non refundable if cancellation of installation occurs less than 72 hours prior to the day of installation.

Any cancellation prior to the notice period will incurr credit card bank charges at the current rate.

For an installation to take place you or a representative must be present on the scheduled date at the property address where the alarm system is to be installed.

Electrical power must be in full working order and made available at the install property. A charge of £150.00 will be made if these services are not present on the day of install.

With all alarm system installations, (wired or wireless) some drilling and wiring will be required to complete the installation.

Final confirmation of the positioning of all alarm components will be given by the engineer upon arrival at the install property.

Once a system has been installed all customer care will be handled by your alarm system provider
